New owners have a unique challenge on their hands with a small backyard that contains almost no grass. This new home comes with an old, non-working Koi pond, a stone wall, an outdated stone patio, and a brick walkway that becomes fully flooded when it rains. This backyard needs a complete overhaul to suit the needs of this family, which includes a toddler and a dog.
